The Deets
The viral Youtube sensation, who was once known for her hair tutorials, connected with JMC to produce Chizi Duru’s first major event that inspired people across diverse spaces to be their authentic selves as proudly and unapologetically as possible. The Afro Brunch celebrated people of color by bringing culture and knowledge of different livelihoods and ethnic experiences to the forefront. This event allowed its attendees to be their unique selves without any judgement or ridicule.
